Description

Economical luminaire with premium features
TechLine is a cost-effective industrial LED luminaire with premium components from renowned manufacturers, including Philips, Osram, and Lumnium. Its durable body is crafted from high-quality plastics, allowing us to offer a 5-year warranty.
Robust construction
We use luminaire bodies in GRP (glass fiber reinforced polyester) or PC (polycarbonate) and difuserds in PC or PMMA. Depending on the materials selected, the lamp has a different impact resistance. For example, the body and the PC diffuser have an IK10 rating. Strong closing clips and an automatically injected endless seal ensure a high degree of sealing, which translates into a high degree of protection of IP66 (with silicone seal IP67). This allows the luminaire to be used in dusty and damp areas.
Ease of installation
The luminaire has been designed with ease of installation in mind. The option of loop-through wiring in single or three-phase variants makes installation and configuration of the lighting system much easier. Opening the luminaire gives direct access to the connection cubes. In order to facilitate the connection of the power supply, the cubes can be freely detached from the lamp body, which significantly increases the comfort of electrical work. When removed, the diffuser is secured against falling with two cords.
Flexible control options
TechLine offers advanced control options, such as a DALI module, motion sensor, daylight harvesting, and even intelligent PoE control. These options give users full control over lighting, enhancing both energy efficiency and comfort. Additionally, the luminaires can provide an emergency function, improving workplace safety.
Durable light source
Our LED luminaires not only offer a long-lasting and reliable light source with a colour temperature of 4000K (other values available on request), but also a high colour rendering index of over 80 CRI. The luminaires use LED modules with a long service life of up to 102,000 hours at an ambient temperature of 35°C. These properties make our LED luminaire the ideal solution for anyone looking for efficient, durable and cost-effective lighting in industrial spaces.
High bay installation
The use of special optics allows the lamp to be mounted at an increased height of 7.5 to 12m (high bay lamp). It is also possible to use other lenses to direct the light beam, allowing objects at different heights to be illuminated.
TechLine luminaires are designed with versatility in mind, making them ideal for a wide variety of environments. They are reliable, robust and efficient products, suited to a wide range of industrial and public applications.
Where are TechLine luminaires best suited?
- Industrial facilities and warehouses: TechLine luminaires are ideal solutions for production halls, warehouses and other industrial facilities where reliable lighting is crucial for safety and productivity.

Price of luminaire
The TechLine linear luminaire is an economical device both in terms of purchase, installation and operation. It should be emphasised that, despite its competitive price, the TechLine luminaire offers interesting solutions known from higher-end solutions (components from renowned brands – Philips, Ostram, Lumin; the possibility of changing optics for use as high bay luminaires; pass-through wiring; the ability to operate in an increased temperature range as well as in a humid and dusty environment; a wide range of control options – DALI module, motion sensor, daylight harvesting and even intelligent PoE control).
The purchase price of standard luminaires is only one element affecting the total cost of a lighting system. In many cases, the costs associated with the labour and installation materials needed to install such lighting can account for 20 to 40% of the total final price. By choosing the right lamp for your needs, you can significantly reduce the installation costs and therefore the overall cost of your investment.
Why the choice of lamp affects the cost of installation
We are not just a manufacturer. Our parent company has been involved in the design and installation of lighting in industry for years. In doing so, we have gained a wealth of experience in both primary, emergency and back-up lighting. Importantly, during the course of our projects we have used lamps from a variety of manufacturers, which has enabled us to understand what features of luminaires and components reduce the overall cost of a lighting installation.
The choice of the right luminaire proved to have a significant impact on the ease and speed of installation, as well as on the amount of installation materials used, such as cable trays, power cables and junction boxes.
Basic and emergency luminaire in one
There is no longer a need to install separate lighting systems for primary and emergency lighting, resulting in significant savings and increased installation efficiency. The same TechLine luminaire can function as a primary luminaire on a day-to-day basis to switch to emergency lighting mode when required.
TechLine lamps: wide range of light outputs
The industrial luminaires of the TechLine series achieve as many as 13 different luminous flux values (from 2,600 lumens up to more than 10,400 lumens). This, combined with three lengths: 600, 1,200 and 1,500 mm, gives enormous freedom in the design of lighting installations. The power of these luminaires ranges from 20W to 77W.
Why use TechLine luminaires
TechLine luminaires are made of materials such as glass-reinforced polyester (GRP) and polycarbonate (PC). The use of LED modules in TechLine luminaires guarantees significant energy savings compared to traditional light sources. The long service life of LEDs(70000 – 102000 hours) further reduces operating costs. TechLine luminaires are ideal for a variety of industrial environments – from production halls to warehouses. The high degree of protection IP66 (or optionally IP67) and the high resistance of the diffuser and housing to mechanical injury (in the case of PC material , the degree of protection is IK10) ensure trouble-free and safe use of the luminaires in areas exposed to moisture, dust or impact.
Changing the direction of light through the lens
Discover the possibilities of the TechLine luminaires, which are equipped with a lens that allows you to change the direction of light. This feature is crucial for areas where precise light direction is important, such as when illuminating valves, fire extinguishers or switches. These specially designed lenses guarantee optimum light diffusion or focus, ensuring maximum lighting efficiency in large industrial and warehouse spaces.
Use as a high-bay fixture
A special lens focusing the light beam gives the luminaires the possibility to be mounted at increased heights of up to 12 metres. In many cases, this allows TechLine luminaires to be used as high-bay lamps. This, in turn, allows one type of luminaire to be maintained in a given space without the need for special structures lowering their mounting point. All this translates into lower investment and maintenance costs.
Combine luminaires as you need and save
A large proportion of luminaires have considerable limitations on the number and size of glands that can be fitted to their body. The most costly in terms of installation are luminaires with one gland in one size or even with a factory-derived power cable.
Let us take the example of a situation where we need to install dozens of luminaires along a wall. If the luminaire has only one gland then branch boxes are required, which increase the cost. In addition, this solution requires more power cables and cable trays.
If, on the other hand, the luminaire has two glands on either side, it is possible to run the power cable directly from one lamp to the next without the need for boxes. This solution also requires less cable and cable trays. All this results in real savings.
Fast and safe installation of luminaires
Thoughtful design with no loose parts is another advantage of the luminaires. How does it work? The lamp shade and the inner mounting plate on which the LED module sits are connected by cables. Opening the diffuser is simply a matter of unfastening the metal catches on both sides of the lamp. To make this as simple as possible, the catches have been designed so that this is possible with one hand movement without the use of tools. Making sure that no part of the lamp falls during assembly is not only convenient, but also safe.
Compliance with regulations
These systems meet strict lighting standards, which is required in many countries. Compliance with these standards is not only a legal issue, but also an ethical one, as it is about protecting human life
Energy and cost savings
LED luminaires are known for their energy efficiency, which translates into lower running costs and less environmental impact. In the case of emergency lighting systems, the solution helps to extend the operating time on battery power.
Fast and cost-effective installation of luminaires
The TechLine industrial luminaire can be fitted with a pass-through wiring system with two power connectors located at either end of the luminaire for easy access.
The use of M20 glands eliminates the need for costly and bulky junction boxes, which is particularly beneficial in terms of cost and labour-intensive installation.
This also reduces the need for power cables and cable trays.
