PrimeLine meets all the necessary standards – from ATEX and IECEx to Polish CNBOP approval, which guarantees full compliance with the safety regulations applicable to the EU market and Poland.

Long emergency back-up time – up to 3 hours

Emergency variants of the PrimeLine explosion-proof luminaire for zone 1 Ex are available with a battery providing 1.5 hours or 3 hours of operation. For low-temperature applications, an option with a heater can be selected, which maintains optimal battery operating conditions even in harsh weather conditions.

Impressive light performance

The explosion-proof emergency luminaire can also function as primary lighting in zone 1 hazardous areas. PrimeLine provides extremely high luminous efficiency, setting itself apart from the competition in the category of Ex luminaires for zone 1.

Working in extreme temperatures – even outdoors

We have developed explosion-proof emergency luminaires for zone 1 for use in harsh environments. In particular, the emergency version with battery can operate in temperatures down to -20°C, allowing safe use in cold stores, production halls and outdoors.

Temperature operating ranges:

  1. Standard versions: -40°C to +50°C (optional +55°C)
  2. Emergency with battery: 0°C to +45°C (optional -20°C to +40°C)
  3. Emergency with central power supply: -30°C to +50°C
