ATEX / EX Lighting

Emergency lighting for Zone 21, 22 and 2 meeting the requirements of the ATEX Directive and the IECEx system. These Ex emergency luminaires are powered by built-in battery packs and can be used with light directing lenses. This unique feature allows for precise illumination, easily targeting key areas and avoiding obstacles, enhancing the efficiency and versatility of the lighting solution. Designed for both internal and external installations, they cater to areas with explosion hazards from gases, vapours, and flammable dusts.
ATEX emergency lighting powered by a central battery system. This Ex fixture is engineered for use in Zone 21, 22 and Zone 2 hazardous areas. Thanks to its intelligent construction, this Ex lamp reduces labor and material costs associated with installation. The absence of loose components, hinged cover and mounting plate, easily accessible electrical connectors, the ability to accommodate up to 4 M25 glands, and special light-directing lenses are just a few advantages of this fixture.
Terminal Boxes
Glass fibre reinforced polyester used to manufacture the HTBP series terminal boxes have been selected to grant the maximum protection against highly corrosive agents and maximum UV protection. Cover screws are made of stainless steel AISI 316L. Cover gasket is made of silicone. Internal mounting screws are made of non-corrosive material. Wide variety of enclosure sizes allows to accommodate all customers' requests.
HTBS series stainless steel terminal boxes are designed for extremely harsh industrial hazardous areas with features of high anti-corrosion, water ingress and dust protection. Our stainless steel terminal boxes are developed to meet strict requirements of the chemical, pharmaceutical and oil & gas industries. Applications include both, onshore and offshore installations. HTBS series stainless steel terminal boxes are available in a variety of sizes allowing for a vast and flexible arrangement of connecting terminals. Custom sizes are also available.
HTB1A series aluminium enclosures are manufactured from a low-copper (less than 0,1%) aluminium alloys and feature an external polyester powder coating (RAL 7001) anti-loosening bolts and earthing screws made from stainless steel alloy AISI 316L. Aluminium enclosures are available in a variety of sizes allowing for a vast and flexible range of heights. Aluminium Ex Terminal Boxes have excellent corrosion resistance which makes them ideal for a variety of offshore and onshore applications. In addition, they can meet the requirements to corrosion protection for chemical, petrochemical and harsh environments.
Control Stations
The enclosures of HCS1P control stations are made of impact-resistant glass fibre reinforced polyester (GRP). Our junction boxes have IP65/66 rating. All metallic parts are made of non-corrosive materials. HCS1P series control stations can be fitted with a variety of components like pushbuttons, signal lamps, switches and ammeters. A wide range of third party components is available.
HCS1A series aluminium enclosures are manufactured from a low-copper (less than 0,1%) aluminium alloys and feature an external polyester powder coating (RAL 7001) anti-loosening bolts and earthing screws made from stainless steel alloy AISI 316L. Similar to enclosures made of other materials these enclosures can be fitted with a wide variety of components including pushbuttons, signal lamps, switches and measuring instruments.
HCS1S series control station enclosures are made of stainless steel AISI 316L. This series of control stations is often used for locations where aggressive chemical atmosphere is present or a clean room requirements call for them. A wide variety of sizes allows us to meet almost all customers requests. Custom enclosure sizes are available as an option. A vast list of third party components can be built into these control stations.
Cable Glands
HCG2 series of cable glands for armoured cables is available in a variety of sizes ranging from M16 to M90 and thread types including metric and NPT. They are an excellent option for enteering cables into enclosures, cable strain relief, sealing enclosures and assisting in dust, moisture and water protection, as well as for industrial applications where there is significant contamination by water, vibration or extreme temperatures.
HCG1 series of cable glands for non-armoured cables is available in sizes ranging from M16 to M90 and thread types including metric and NPT. These cable glands are the best ways to enter non-armoured cable into a variety of metallic and non-metalic enclosures.
Reducer Adaptor Stopping Plug
HRD series reducers can be used in Zones 1/21 and 2/22. Our reducers are made in accordance with IEC standards and are ATEX and IECEx certified. They offer Ex e, Ex d and Ex t protection types as well as IP 66/IP 68 rating. HARDO reducers can be made of brass or stainless steel 316L and are available with both metric and NPT threads sizes M16 to M100 and 3/8” and 4”.
HAD series adaptors can be used in Zones 1/21 and 2/22. Our adaptors are made in accordance with IEC standards and are ATEX and IECEx certified. They offer Ex e, Ex d and Ex t protection types as well as IP 66/IP 68 rating.
